NEW DELHI: Environmentalist Ashok Khosla was on Sunday felicitated by Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Delhi Chapter on being elected president of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), an apex global body of environmentalists and NGO with presence in 150 countries. Dr . Khosla was elected president of IUCN during its World Conservation Congress in Barcelona recently, said V.M.
