Customers’ meetings

Chennai: Customers from several walks of life participated in customers’ meetings organised recently by different branches of the Indian Bank.

Some of the suggestions made at the meeting included strengthening of security, providing vehicle parking space and setting up exclusive counters for senior citizens. K. Raghavan, the bank’s DGM, interacted with customers at the Madras High Court branch.
