Peerless to enter mutual fund business

KOLKATA: The Peerless General Finance and Investment Company has received in-principle approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India to set up asset management company. According to a release, the company has appointed Akshay Gupta as Chief Executive Officer for the proposed asset management company.
