Killed in accident

A 35-year-old woman from Makkuva village near Saluru, who came to watch her children perform in their school’s anniversary function, died when a car reportedly knocked her down opposite Gurudwara on Monday.

According to the four-town police, Adapa Alivelu (35)suffered severe head injuries and died immediately.
