Over 860 challaned

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Traffic Police challaned 868 people for various offences on Christmas Eve. Of these, 245 were booked for dangerous driving and 221 for drunken driving. Equipped with breath analyzers and alco-meters, police personnel were deployed near pubs, malls, hotels, clubs and the Ridge area. The drive to check drunken and dangerous driving will continue till New Year’s Day.
