Moyon scores hat-trick

NEW DELHI: Indian National started its campaign with a 4-0 win over Indian Air Force (Palam) in a Group ‘B’ preliminary league match of the Delhi Soccer Association senior division Open clubs league championship here on Saturday. Striker Gyan Moyon’s hat-trick was the highlight of the match.

National took the lead through Moyon in the eighth minute. In the 11th minute N.D. Opera headed home a fine lob from Okg. Tseering Laptcha. Moyon made 3-0 in the 35th minute.

On changing ends, the Airmen saw Moyon complete the tally. National collected three points for the win. — Special Correspondent
