SBT, City CC in semifinals

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: State Bank of Travancore and City Cricket Club entered the semifinals of the G.V. Raja memorial all-Kerala cricket tournament at the Medical College ground here on Sunday.

In the quarterfinals, SBT crushed Pankajakasturi CC by 209 runs while City CC defeated Cycle Brand Kids CC by two wickets.

Crazy Cricket defeated TCA, Kayamkulam by five wickets to enter the quarterfinal stage.

SBT 307 for four in 30 overs (V. Suesh 107, Raiphy Vincent Gomez 68) bt Pankajakasturi CC 98 in 22.5 overs (Santosh Karunakran four for nine, Jyothish three for 11)

Cycle Brand Kids CC 206 for six in 30 voers (Sachin 60, Vinod 44, Sajan Salim 43) lost to City CC 207 for eight in 30 overs (Akhil Viswanath 72, Rohan Prem 52)
