SIRSI: Public participation is necessary to make government programme a success, said District Civil Judge H.M. Bharatesh. Inaugurating a legal workshop on rights of Children held here on Sunday, organised under the auspices of District Legal Service Authority, Karwar, Women and Children Development Department and Advocates’ Association, Sirsi, he said children learn first from their mothers.
