DK workers arrested

CHENNAI: Scores of Dravidar Kazhagam workers were arrested on Monday when they organised protests across the State against inclusion of creamy layer in the reservation for backward classes.

In Chennai, DK president Veeramani led the protest along with treasurer K. Samidurai near the post office in front of Memorial Hall, a press release from DMK general secretary Kali. Poonguntran said. — Special Correspondent
