Core buys Princeton Review division

MUMBAI: Core Projects & Technologies (Core) has announced the acquisition of the K-12 division of The Princeton Review of the U.S. According to a company release, the acquisition will involve an investment of about $20 million and will be completed through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Core Education & Consulting Solutions of the U.S. (CECS).
