Texmo Pipes files prospectus with SEBI

NEW DELHI: Defying the choppy market conditions, Texmo Pipes and Products, engaged in manufacturing PVC and HDPE pipes, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for coming out with an initial public offering of 50 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each through the book building process to fund its expansion plans. The company has two production units at Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh. — Special Correspondent
