Shareholders accept OVL takeover bid

New Delhi: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation’s £1.3-billion takeover bid of Imperial Energy received overwhelming response from the firm’s shareholders on Tuesday with over 96 per cent accepting the £12.50 a share offer.
