Minorities Commission member felicitated

NEW DELHI: National Minorities Commission member Harcharan Singh Josh was felicitated at the third annual Kirtan Darbar organised by Samanvaya Foundation on New Year’s Eve. He was presented a saropa and a memento.

Foundation chairman Jagjiwan Bakhshi presided over the function.
