Terminal benefits given to MCD staff

NEW DELHI: Municipal Commissioner K. S. Mehra distributed terminal benefits to 135 municipal employees who retired on Wednesday.

Most of them were paid the terminal benefits including encashment of leave, gratuity, provident fund and commutation of pension. Mr. Mehra said the scheme of payment of terminal benefits implemented from June 2008 would continue.
