TISA chapter formed

CHENNAI: The Chennai chapter of the Indian Stammering Association (TISA) has been formed with V. Manimaran as its coordinator. The aim is to create awareness about stammering and methods to overcome it. The chapter recently released a booklet on stammering. — Special Correspondent
