Wishing ‘peace’

This year surely began on a different note.

Unlike previous years, where words like hope and prosperous figured in most new year messages and greetings, this year the words ‘peaceful’ and ‘terror-free’ seemed more prominent right from the status messages in various socia l networking sites to e-cards to text messages.

And the word ‘recession’ has left many students and techies with nail biting tension, which surely has carried on from 2008 to 2009.

While those in job are wondering whether they would be given the pink slip, others are wondering if not IT jobs what next? Well, guess 2009 might be the year of revival of non-IT jobs. Lets wait and watch where the year would take us.
