Workshop on job scheme

KOZHIKODE: Industries Minister Elamaram Karim has said that the State has implemented Central projects in the most effective manner.

Inaugurating a State-level workshop on the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) here on Friday, Mr. Karim said that the State government was duty-bound to bring benefits of these projects to the real beneficiaries. The PMEGP was launched by combining the Prime Minister Rogzar Yojana (PMRY) and Rural Employment Generation Programme (REGP). —Staff Reporter
