‘Treat’ Pavan, says YC

VISAKHAPATNAM: Pavan Kalyan, president of Yuva Rajyam, Praja Rajyam’s youth wing, should be treated under Rajiv Arogyasri for ‘losing mental balance,’, the city Youth Congress urged the Government Hospital for Mental Health Superintendent in a memorandum. Youth Congress president Karri Rama Reddy said his heaping abuse raised doubts over his sanity.
