Foundation day celebrated

NEW DELHI: Ishwar Datt Charitable Trust, which has been working among poor meritorious students of government senior secondary schools in the city, celebrated its foundation day this past week.

According to the Trust, 35 students, mostly meritorious girl students of Class IX and X, were presented with sets of five books each. Similarly 30 meritorious students from schools for the dumb and deaf were given school bags. Thirty students were also awarded cash support of Rs.500 per quarter.
