Air passenger detained

Nedumbassery: Immigration officials at the Cochin International Airport detained a passenger for travelling on a fake passport on Friday.

The passenger, identified as Fasal of Kottiyam in Kollam, arrived here from Saudi Arabia by a Kuwait Airways’ flight in the morning and was found travelling on a passport in the name of one Abdul Rahiman of Kollam by replacing the original photograph with his own. — A Correspondent
