Suzlon to sell stake in Hansen to Ecofin

MUMBAI: Suzlon Energy on Friday said that it had agreed to sell, through its wholly-owned subsidiary AE-Rotor Holding, 6.70 crore shares representing 10 per cent stake in its Belgium arm Hansen Transmissions International NV to Ecofin, a London-based investment firm for an undisclosed amount.
