Nagpur: Prameya Garge of Maharashtra scored a lucky win to be among the leaders at the end of the fourth round in the National under-7 chess championships here on Friday. Prameya and Arush Jain of Delhi had four pawns each and were down to a pawn ending. Arush could have won had he created a passed pawn on the king side. Instead, he allowed white to promote a queen and got checkmated on move 60.
