For a new start: Lena Thamizhvanan, Chief Editor, Kalkandu, speaking at the Rotary Clubs of Zone Four joint club meeting and New Year celebration in Thanjavur. THANJAVUR: Is it possible to have good relationship with everybody? “Yes” said Lena Thamizhvanan, Chief Editor, ‘Kalkandu’ here on Monday. Not stopping with saying “Yes,” he provided tips for keeping good relationship with others in his talk at a meeting organised by Rotary Clubs of Zone four comprising of eight Rotary clubs of Thanjavur and Thiruvaiyaru to welcome New Year 2009. He said that the first and foremost thing one should do to keep good relations with others is to own responsibility. Own your mistakes. He also said that one can attract people towards him or her and keep good relationship by showing love, respect, recognition and appreciation. “We should appreciate profusely the good work done by others. We need not be stingy in appreciating others. One should also keep his moods in mind while talking. One should not talk when he is in a depressed mood. He can talk when he is in a happy or jubilant mood,” Mr. Thamizhvanan said. He also stressed the importance of time management. G.
