THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The holiday on account of Muharram for Union government offices in the State will be on Wednesday as in the case of State government offices, instead of Thursday as declared earlier. If the State government changes the holiday, the changed date will be adopted as a Closed Holiday for Union government offices too. But if the State government sanctions any additional holiday, the date of such additional holiday will be observed as Restricted Holiday for the Union government offices. — Special Correspondent
