THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) is co-ordinating the State-level activities in connection with the observance of National Science Day on February 28, with the focal theme ‘Expanding Horizons of Science’. It has vented proposals from schools, government polytechnics, colleges, research organisations, university departments and registered NGOs in the State for the celebration of National Science Day.
