With a focus on improving the education levels of children in and around surrounding areas, Hindustan Zinc Limited initiated a programme of distributing study materials to the 10th class students under CSR on Monday. The total beneficiaries under this programme were 175 -students of Government High School, Mindi and Zinc Smelter Senior Secondary Telugu Medium School. The programme was formally inaugurated by General Manager K. Siva Prasad, general secretary of the recognised union P. Niranjan Rao who distributed the books to the children. HZL HR Team co-ordinated the function.
