Held on burglary charge

HYDERABAD: Manoj Kumar Soni, who allegedly burgled six houses within 20 days, was arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force police on Monday.

Stolen gold ornaments weighing 120 grams, three two-wheelers and Rs. 45,000 were recovered from him. Soni was charged with 40 burglary cases earlier and sent to jail. After being lodged in jail by Kachiguda police last time, he came out on December 12 and burgled six houses within 20 days, the Inspector V. Syam Babu told reporters.
