Vinod Daniel felicitated

CHENNAI: Vinod Daniel, chairman of the Sydney-based Australian Heritage, a network for cultural heritage services, was felicitated here on Monday for his re-appointment to the Australia-India Council. Mr. Daniel, who was recently reappointed to the Council by the Governor General of Australia, was accorded a reception under the auspices of the Indo-Australian Association. The dignitary, who has his roots in Chennai, has been responsible for implementing several cultural heritage programmes across India.

The function was led by K. V. Mathew, president of the association.
