Gulbarga: Activists of the Karnataka Rakshana Vedike on Tuesday launched an agitation demanding that road-widening works be taken up in Gulbarga city and that the railway underbridge on the old Jewargi Road be widened immediately.

The activists took out a procession and staged a human chain before proceeding to the Deputy Commissioner’s office where they presented a memorandum. — Special Correspondent
