Credit Suisse to infuse capital in Indian arm

CHENNAI: Credit Suisse, Switzerland, a leading bank, has decided to infuse Rs. 794 crore ($164 million) of capital in its wholly-owned arm Credit Suisse Finance (India) Private Limited to fund the operation of its non-banking finance company (NBFC) in India. At present, the total capital of Credit Suisse Finance (India) is Rs. 827 crore ($170 million). — Special Correspondent
