West Godavari, Krishna win

VIJAYAWADA: West Godavari boys defeated Hyderabad 15-4, 15-6, while Krishna girls outplayed Chittoor 15-1, 15-4 in the final of the School Games Federation u-19 throwball tournament that concluded at AG & SG Degree College at Vuyyuru on Tuesday.

Y. Venkateswara Rao, a commerce student of Parvathaneni Brahmayya Siddhartha Arts and Science College, won the Mr. Nagarjuna University title for the best physique in 65kg category in a competition organised by TRR Government College, Kandukuru, on Tuesday. College principal N. Satyanarayana and Physical director P.A. Chowdary congratulated Rao for his achievement.
