Eye check-up camp

SHIMOGA: M.M. Joshi, eye surgeon from Hubli, said on Monday that nothing provided more satisfaction than serving people with a sense of dedication.

He was speaking at the two-day free eye check-up camp at Hosagunda in Sagar taluk. The camp was organised under the aegis of Uma Maheshwar Seva Trust. Sarvanand Sarawati Swamiji of Bharatipeeth of Delhi said that temples should also become centres for social service. — Special Correspondent
