Pay & Accounts employee arrested

HYDERABAD: Officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday arrested Manikya Rao Hari Krishna, senior assistant and auditor, Pay and Accounts Office, Nirmal (Adilabad district), after they caught him accepting Rs.1,500 bribe from the complainant for doing an official favour.

According toACB,Krishna demanded the amount for processing the final bill pertaining to the construction of a ZP school undertaken by the complainant. Investigation is on.-
