Dharna planned

Kochi: The Kerala Swathantra Malsya Thozhilali Federation (KSMTF) will stage a dharna before the Ernakulam Malsyafed Office on January 9, raising various demands. Addressing a press conference, N.J. Antony, general secretary of the federation, said the demands included implementation of various schemes for tsunami relief, enactment of the bill on debt relief for fishermen, increasing the pension of fish workers and implementation of the second phase of the Chellanam harbour.
