NSS camp

CHENNAI: A 10-day National Service Scheme camp on the theme healthy youth for healthy India was organised recently at the Sri Durgadevi Polytechnic College, Kavaraipettai. NSS volunteers of the college were engaged in various activities, including temple cleaning, road repairing and maintenance of rain water harvesting structures in Puduvoyal village, Tiruvallur district. The students also distributed handbooks on traffic rules, road safety and AIDS awareness, according to a release.
