KADAPA: The government should take over Satyam Computers in the wake of its chairman B. Ramalinga Raju defrauding investors and its employees, CITU district president A. Raghunath Reddy demanded on Thursday. Addressing a round table conference here, he demanded a comprehensive inquiry into Satyam Computers, its sister concern Maytas and its auditing firm. The Central government and Securities Exchange Board of India should strive to safeguard the jobs of 53,000 employees of Satyam Computers. He recalled that Sridharan, who conceived the Metro Rail Project at Hyderabad, expressed doubts a couple of months ago. Mr. Raghunath Reddy resented allocation of 269 acres of expensive land to Maytas firm for the metro rail project. CITU district vice-president D. Syam, Jana Vignana Vedika president B.
