MSP HSS in last four

ALUVA: Malabar Special Police HSS, Malappuram, edged out Thiruvananthapuram’s G. V. Raja Sports School 4-3, via the tiebreaker, and entered the semifinal of the Mar Athanasious Trophy all-India schools football tournament at the Municipal Stadium here on Friday.

The teams were 1-1 at the end of the regulation period with the goals coming from MSP’s Illyas (32nd minute) and GVR’s Britto (42nd).
