Narendranath enters final

VISAKHAPATNAM: S. Narendranath of Hyderabad stormed into the final of plus 45 years singles event of the fourth CMR-AISTA all-India ranking tournament at the Officers’ Club here on Friday.

The results (semifinals):

Plus 45 years: S. Narendranath bt Jogi Reddy 6-0, 6-0; Sudarshan bt Paul Manohar 6-2, 6-2.

Plus 55 yrs: Rammohan Rao bt Rajan 6-3, 6-2; S. Sethu bt S. Pushparaj 7-5, 6-4.

Plus 65 yrs: Parekh bt Radhakrishna 6-1, 6-2; Kulkarni bt Muthu Raju 6-4, 7-5.
