I will quit, says Shibu Soren

RANCHI: Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren said on Saturday he would resign in a day or two after discussing an alternative arrangement with his party leaders. Mr. Soren lost a by-election, making him ineligible to continue in the post.
