FOCUS ON TERRORISM: Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai being received by Foreign Secretary Shivshankar Menon on his arrival at the Palam Airport in New Delhi on Sunday. Mr. Karzai, who is on a two-day visit to India, will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday. They are expected to discuss the security situation in the region, particularly the fight against terrorism. —
