Land deeds distributed

KOCHI: A total of 26 land documents were distributed on Sunday as part of the Anglo-Indian self-financing Township programme ‘Santa Maria’ at Puthenvelikkara.

Minister for Fisheries S. Sarma inaugurated the land document distribution function at Ashirbhavan, Kacherippady.

The land documents were distributed by the president of Puthenvelikkara Panchayat P. V. Raju. K. V. Thomas, MLA, was among those present at the occasion.

The Anglo-Indian Township programme is being carried out under the aegis of the All Kerala Anglo-Indian Multi-Purpose Society. Gilbert Vaz, president of All Kerala Anglo Indian Association delivered the presidential address.
