Seminar on vedas

KOCHI: The Department of Vedas at the Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit will organise a three-day national seminar with financial assistance from Union Ministry for Culture on March 5.

The main theme of the seminar will be “Vedas and communal amity”. Paper presentations and discussions will be held on four major subjects – Vedas and Karmakanta, reflections of spiritual and Bhakthi concepts in Vedic literature, Vedas and nationalism and secularism — problems and challenges.
