Judge’s order on NIMS strike

HYDERABAD: Justice D.S.R.Verma of High Court made it clear that the paramedical staff of Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences ( NIMS) should not agitate in the vicinity of the hospital blocks inside the compound, but can continue with their strike activities beyond it.

These orders were passed in connection with a writ petition filed by the management, through the Registrar, complaining that the strike was affecting medical care in the hospital. The judge said that the services in the hospital cannot be disrupted.
