Kancheepuram takes lead

TIRUCHI: Kancheepuram gained a 55-run lead after it bowled out Tiruchi for 108 on the second day of their TNCA under-16 inter-district semifinal here on Monday.

The scores: Kancheepuram 163 & 59 for six in 33 overs (P.S. Nirmal Kumar three for 14, R. Raghavendran three for 25) vs. Tiruchi 108 in 81 overs (V. Vijayanand four for 28, S. Omesh three for 26).
