Women’s top seeds make the grade

VISAKHAPATNAM: The top four in the women’s section last year — holder Maharashtra, runner-up Tamil Nadu, third-placed Hyderabad and No. 4 Bihar — moved into the inter-State event semifinals of the 38th senior National carrom championships at the Swarna Bharati indoor stadium here on Tuesday.
