Collector opens Axis Bank branch

ELURU: Collector G. Jayalakshmi on Thursday opened a branch office of Axis Bank at Venkataraopet in the city. With this, Axis Bank will have five branches in the district.

Branch Manager Bhaskara Rao said Axis Bank had advanced Rs. 350 crore for agricultural sector in the district during the last financial year. City Mayor T. Rama Rao and MLA Alla Kalikrishna Srinivas attended.
