NLC official’s house burgled

CUDDALORE: The house of Sihabuddin, Chief Manager in Thermal Power Station-II of the Neyveli Lignite Corporation, was burgled on Friday night.

The police said Mr. Sihabuddin and his family members were sleeping on the first floor when intruders broke open the lock of the main door on the ground floor and decamped with 50 sovereigns of gold jewellery and Rs.50,000. — Special Correspondent
