Man held for stealing cell phone

Tiruchi: A 28-year-old man was arrested on the charge of stealing cell phone from a bus passenger on Madurai Road here on Sunday.

The accused R. Kumar stole the cell phone from one A. Stalin Irudayaraj while he was alighting from a bus, the police said.

He was later sent for remand. The Fort Crime Police have registered a case.
