KOCHI: M.K. George Joseph took charge as Member (Administrative), Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam, on Wednesay. He had functioned in various capacities such as the Managing Director of the Gujarat Small Scale Industries, and the Additional Chief Secretary of Gujarat.
