Declared “wanted and absconding”

Coimbatore: The Vth Judicial Magistrate, Gopinath, in a proclamation notice has declared Mujibur Rehman and Sadiq alias ‘Tailor’ Raja alias Vazharntha Raja “wanted and absconding accused” in the Coimbatore serial blasts case.

The notice stated that they were concealing themselves to avoid the serving of the arrest warrant. It asked them to appear before the court on or before October 12. A release from the Crime Branch – CID (Special Investigation Team) stated that the duo were absconding for 12 years.
